Who we are and what we do

Blue Ocean Recon is a partnership of Blue Ocean Practitioners. We believe that companies that adopt Blue Ocean Strategy, will be able to provide people with products and services they really need. We believe that it brings a better and more sustainable future closer.

Therefore we develop new Blue Ocean concepts and scan existing strategies for Blue Ocean opportunities. We have a number of small and some very large projects in progress which are, without exception, conducted under the radar.
For new customers, Blue Ocean Recon delivers a 3 hour jump start workshop to introduce the Blue Ocean Strategy, to investigate the existing strategy canvas and to detect quick wins. We prove that the development of Blue Oceans is a systematic and repeatable process.
